Donate On-Line by Phone or Mail

Our on-line donation is secure, fast and easy. Or, if you prefer, you can make a donation by phone or mail. To make a donation by phone, please call 800-272-3900 or the number for the office in your region. When making a donation on-line or by phone, you will need your credit card number and expiration date. For tribute and memorial gifts, you will also need the name and address of the individual acknowledged and the individual and/or family to receive a memorial or tribute acknowledgement. General Contribution

General contributions support the Greater Michigan Chapter's network of Education, Respite, Support Groups, Advocacy and Research Initiatives. Gifts may be designated to the regional office in your area to support the programs in your community. You may also designate gifts in support of a particular program to support research.

The Alois Alzheimer Society

Recognizes all donors who contribute $1,000 or more in a single gift or cumulatively within a fiscal year. (Learn more about the Alois Alzheimer Society.)

Donations may also be designated as Memorial or Tribute gifts:

Memorial Gifts

This may be given in memory of an individual who has passed away. The gift may be made at the time of passing, on a special birthday or the anniversary marking a loved one's death or at any time so designated by the donor.

Tribute Gifts

This is an opportunity to acknowledge a special occasion for a friend, family member or colleague. Tributes are a special way to honor those dedicated, either personally or professionally, to the field of Alzheimer's disease and the mission of the Alzheimer's Association.

Named Memorial or Tribute Funds

Some families choose named memorial or tribute funds either in memory of a loved one lost to Alzheimer's disease or in recognition of an individual who has dedicated himself/herself to the field of Alzheimer's disease and to the mission and goals of the Alzheimer's Association.
